Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend the Congress, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate. Please email the Conference Organiser at abain@caa.net.au to arrange this.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations received up to and including 31 May 2018 are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received between 1 – 30 June 2018 will receive a refund of 50% of the total value of the registration (excluding service and payment processing fees).
- Cancellations received from 1 July 2018 onwards are non-refundable due to contracted commitments with venues and service providers.
All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Organiser at abain@caa.net.au.
