REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

Registration can only be made via the online booking site.

PAYMENTS

  • Mastercard, VISA card and bank transfer (EFT) are the accepted payment options.
  • If paying via EFT transfer, please ensure you include the following information in the reference field: CAA18 Company Name.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

INTENTION TO PHOTOGRAPH
Delegates and others are advised that photographs and filming will take place during the Congress.

Opt Out Process
At any time, you may email the Conference Organiser at abain@caa.net.au if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the Congress.

GUESTS AT SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
Guests of registered delegates who wish to attend any of the social functions including the Welcome Reception on 7 August 2018, and the CAA Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner on 8 August 2018, must purchase a ticket through the online registration site.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included with any of the ticket types.

Delegates are responsible for booking and payment of their accommodation. Rates have been negotiated at a range of recommended properties and details can be found on the Congress website – www.caacongress.wordpress.com/accommodation.

PROGRAM AND SPEAKERS
Details of speakers and topics are correct at the time of publishing. However, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions of speakers and topics for which the organisers cannot be held responsible. Any changes to the program will be noted on the Congress website and delegates should check regularly for updates – www.caacongress.wordpress.com.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Council of Ambulance Authorities (CAA) and the venues associated with the Congress are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, an act caused by a third party, such as Acts of God including, without limitation, credible threats of natural disaster in the geographic vicinity of the hotel, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, governmental travel advisory, a governmental elevation of the terrorism alert level, civil disturbance, the issue of a travel warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause comparable events or disaster beyond the parties’ control which prevents the hotel from accommodating the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled.

The CAA may at their entire discretion repay the delegate fee or service charge paid by the delegate, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such delegate fee or service charge, and shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate, as the result of the happening of any such event.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their country of origin. The Council of Ambulance Authorities as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the Congress participants and accompanying persons.
